The company

Founded in Switzerland in 1963, Tufan AG evolved from fertilizer and agricultural trading into a diversified international enterprise. Its operations now span commodities, agriculture and livestock, industrial manufacturing, logistics, energy, warehousing, hospitality, retail, and real estate across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

The challenge

The group had the operational depth of a mature international holding, but its communication did not provide one clear view of the whole organization. Each division needed enough independence to explain its offer while still contributing to a credible, recognizable parent brand.
