AI Automation & AI Agents for Trading & Export Companies

Trading runs across time zones and languages. An enquiry from Asia arrives while your office is asleep, and a counterparty in Europe expects a proforma by the end of their day, not yours. Most of the work in between is repetitive: the same product questions, the same documents rebuilt with different numbers, the same shipment updates sent by hand. That is exactly the work AI handles well.

What we build

Built around how you get judged.

Scoped to the conversations and workflows that cost your team the most time, and connected to the systems you already run.

01

Enquiries answered in the buyer’s language, at their hour

An agent replies to product, origin, MOQ and lead-time questions in the language the enquiry arrives in, at any hour, and qualifies serious buyers before a trader steps in.

02

Trade documents drafted from one source

Proforma invoices, packing lists, order confirmations and certificates of origin drafted from the deal data, so a trader checks a document instead of rebuilding it.

03

Incoming documents read and checked

Purchase orders, letters of credit and bills of lading are read, their key terms extracted and compared, so discrepancies surface before they become a bank or customs problem.

04

Shipment updates sent without chasing

Customers get a status update at each milestone automatically, drawn from your logistics data or forwarder notifications.

05

Supplier and price follow-up on schedule

Requests for updated prices, availability and samples go out and get chased on a schedule, with the answers collected in one place.

The cost of skipping it

What staying as you are actually costs.

These are not hypothetical. They are the patterns we see repeatedly when a capable team is still doing by hand what software could take off it.

Time zones decide who wins the deal

A buyer who writes at night and waits until your morning has often already received two other offers.

Document errors cost real money

A mismatch between a proforma, a packing list and an LC means a delayed payment or a customs hold, and manual retyping is where most of them start.

Traders spend their day on admin

The people who should be negotiating are rebuilding the same documents and answering the same product questions.

Customers chase you for updates

Without proactive shipment updates, every container turns into several anxious emails.

How the project runs

From first look to handover.

How we work, phase by phase ↗
01

Discovery

We review recent enquiries, documents and shipment communication to see where time and errors concentrate.

02

Strategy

We choose the first workflow, define which languages and products the agent covers, and where a trader takes over.

03

Execution

Agent and document automations built on your product data and templates, tested on real past deals.

04

Delivery

Traders onboarded, with a clear log of what the automation handled and a plan for the next workflow.

The main trading languages, including English, Arabic, Turkish, Russian, Chinese and the major European languages. We test quality in your specific languages before launch.

It can extract the key terms of an LC, compare them against your documents and flag differences. Final compliance review stays with your documentation team or bank.

Where forwarders send structured notifications or offer tracking APIs, updates flow automatically. Where they send ordinary emails, the automation reads those.

We recommend saying so openly. Buyers care about fast, accurate answers and a person being available when it matters, and the agent hands over as soon as a deal becomes real.

A small desk often benefits most, because the same few people handle sales, documents and follow-up. We usually start with enquiry handling or document drafting, not both.
