Custom Platform Development

Custom Platforms & Group Dashboards for Holding Companies

Each company in a group usually runs its own systems: its own accounting, its own CRM, its own spreadsheets. That is often right for the business. The problem appears at group level, where management needs a consolidated view and gets it once a month, assembled by hand from files that do not quite match. A custom platform sits on top of what each company already runs and gives head office one current picture.

What we build

Built around how you get judged.

Scoped around the bottleneck that costs you most, and connected to the systems you already run.

01

A consolidated group dashboard

Revenue, margins, cash, pipeline and operational figures pulled from each subsidiary’s systems into one live view, with drill-down to company level.

02

Standard reporting without replacing systems

Each company keeps its own software. The platform maps their data into one reporting model, so figures are comparable across the group.

03

Shared internal tools

Approvals, purchasing, HR requests and document management built once and used by every company, with access separated by entity.

04

Intercompany workflows

Transactions, recharges and shared services between subsidiaries tracked in one place, rather than reconciled by email at month end.

05

Role-based access across entities

The board, group management and each company’s leadership see exactly the scope they need, with a clear audit trail.

The cost of skipping it

What staying as you are actually costs.

These are not hypothetical. They are the patterns we see repeatedly when a growing operation is still coordinated by hand.

Management decides on last month’s numbers

Hand-assembled consolidation arrives late and is already out of date by the time it is discussed.

Figures do not match across companies

Different systems and definitions mean the same metric is calculated differently in each subsidiary.

The same tool is paid for many times

Each company licenses and maintains its own version of approvals, HR and document tools.

Problems stay hidden in subsidiaries

Without a group view, an underperforming company is noticed only once it has become a problem.

How the project runs

From first look to handover.

How we work, phase by phase ↗
01

Discovery

We list every company’s systems, how group reporting is assembled today and how long it takes.

02

Strategy

We define the group reporting model, the first metrics to consolidate and the access rules for each entity.

03

Execution

Connectors to each company’s systems, the consolidated dashboard and the shared tools, built in phases.

04

Delivery

Group and company teams onboarded, with documentation and a roadmap for bringing further data and tools into the platform.

FAQ

Questions we hear from holding companies.

If yours isn't here, send us your question. We'll answer honestly.

Ask us directly ↗

No. The platform reads from the systems each company already uses. Replacing one is a separate decision, recommended only where a system is genuinely holding a company back.

As current as each source allows: daily or live where systems have APIs, weekly where data comes from scheduled exports.

Only if you decide they should. Access is separated by entity and role, so each company sees its own scope.

Usually with a consolidated dashboard for a few headline metrics across all companies. It shows quickly where the data is clean and where it is not.

The case becomes strong from around three or four operating companies, or as soon as month-end consolidation takes more than a few days.
